Moving to Denia early 2019
Hi, My wife and I are retired and have lived in Barcelona the past 7 years. We are moving to Denia in early 2019 and are looking for
the following: 2/3 bed 2 bath furnished apartment in Denia. This would be on a 3 year lease.Preferred area within 15 minutes walk of town centre as we do not have a car. Puerto, Area near Real Yacht Club, Marienta Playa, or going North on Les Marines but only as far as Fernando Restaurant.
We would like a good size kitchen and terrace and a must is air conditioning. Budget around €650 a month, Can pay rent in Euros to Spanish Bank or in UK pounds to a UK bank. We shall be in Denia 19-28 December so can view anything at that time. Finally, we have excellent references from our current and previous landlords are are non smokers.
