Property wanted to rent: Looking to rent and explore Denia
Hi All,
I am looking to rent a 3-bed property from the 7th. of August for at least 9 to 12 months in or around the area of Denia.
My partner and I are moving to Spain from Ireland and would like to explore the area before we buy a permanent home and I am hoping you can help.
We would like a three-bed property with secure car parking. We are looking for a detached villa or finca, usable outside space and fully furnished please. Ideally, we would like a property within walking distance of local amenities'- shops, restaurants etc.
I understand that August is the busy season and rents are quite high, if possible, we could pay up to €2000 for August and then negotiate the remaining period.
We will be will be working from home and will need a good Internet connection as well.
