Hi Karen. Do you absolutely need to have 2 bedrooms? I have a lovely one bedroom apartment on Los Lagos. It has 2 terraces, one of which is south facing and a real winter sun trap.

Los Lagos is 10 minutes from Javea and Denia. You do need a car though. You can see it at www.loslagoscomunidad.com

If you're interested let me know and I'll send you the link to the full details. Would happily do a short term rent at a good price.

Cheers, Steve

Hi Steve,

Thanks for e-mail. I would be interested in your apartment especially THE SUNTRAP terrace. This is why I want to get away for the most miserable months. We don`t really need 2 bedrooms, it was just in case my son and his partner decided to come for a weekend. Also  allowing us to spread out a little, but if the apartment is spacious, then OK.

We would be driving down so would have a car. Does the apartment have heating? also sat TV?

Would be happy to see more details. Thanks again. Karen

Hi Steve.

Do you have a registration license number for your property as it's a legal requirement.

Thank you

Jan

Morning Jan,

the short answer is no. It's pending information requested from the water supplier to the development.

Best regards, Steve

Hi

Before you start renting out it would be a good idea to check out the laws for rentals as there are big fines for not complying with certain laws. Such as getting a rental licence which proves the property is safe and fit for purpose for renting out.

See this article, particularly for rentals of less that 2 months.

Hi anna66,

Thanks for e-mail. I am  very interesed in your newly aquired property near La Mata, especially as yesterday the temperature there was around24c and here it was 7c. I hate the winter.

Would the property be furnished? I think probably some heating would be required a in January/ February. If you coud let me know a few more details, when you have the chance. I appreciate you will be wanting to get the purchase sorted first.

Regards, Karen

Hi Karen,

yes it's fully furnished , you shouldn't cmplain about the weather the past couple of days it's been minus 6 and snow here, (I live in Sweden) I will be in Spain on 20th until 26th Nov to finalise everything, then I'll have a better idea of whats in the apartment. It was owned by an English couple and the lady died 3 months ago and he doesn't want to go there on his own so decided to sell and basically left everything there. Thinking of buying a couple of bikes for getting around as the area is quite flat these would be available for use also.

I am not really buying this as a place to let, more for personal use but am prepared to let selected people use it while I'm not there myself.

Regards

Anna
