Hello,
Planning to convert my garage into an additional room. Need a reliable and honest builder. I can communicate in English or German. My Spanish is too bad to discuss finer points.
The house is in Denia.
Can anyone recommend a good builder?
Will be very grateful for any help,

Hi, we used Kevin Jones from Benitaxell, did a first class job for us, one job being tanking and converting a room into a storage area for us. Also have a look at the Costa Blanca Business Association, all vetted tradespeople and again we’ve used a few of the guys on the list.

Hi, Kevin Jones did it all for us, but definitely get the Administrator to approve before you do anything, the local Town hall may want to be updated too.
