Hi John, when I moved here 4 years ago I didn't know anyone and I asked the same question. At the time I didn't get any recommendations so I decided to use the main dealer for the marque I drive.
It's probably a little more expensive than had I been recommended to someone but on the other hand it gives me peace of mind that (hopefully!) the work is being done according to the brand standards
As you meet and mix with other British people in Denia maybe someone will come up with a good local Taller for you.
I do know a good body shop if you ever need one though.
