Help no Padron appointments

Can't get a Padron appointment till January so can only get residencanuary. Will I lose my withdrawal agreement rights eg Healthcare on S1, EHIC and driving licence

You can do the Pre-registration for both processes before the 31st, and then when you get the Padron, you can finish the process.
