Rental allowed time
When u own a home in Spain- u can stay 90 days in 180? If said home has touristic licence on it and if you've used this time up? -is it then no longer allowed to be rented out to others?

These are two entirely separate things.
The rule around the rolling 90 in 180 applies to you (assuming you are a UK resident and passport holder [i.e. non-EU].
The tourist licence applies to the property - and so can be rented out to whomever you want (acknowledging the ever increasing restrictions).
So, if you've used your 90 days in any 180 period, your property can still be rented out to other people. (If you can get the bookings, it could be rented out for 365 days of the year if you didn't want to use it for whatever reason - or roughly 180 days less than that if you were using it for two 90/180 blocks!)

You are allowed to stay in your own property 90 days in 180 whether its licensed or not, therefore you can rent out your licensed property to holidaymakers within the rules of your licence.
