Curtains with Pole ( installed )

I need some light, net type curtains ( grey or black - not that it matters what the colour is ) for one large patio window and two small bedroom windows. We have shutters on the windows so there is the inevitable box inside above the window.
I need a local ( Denia ) company to come and measure up, make the curtains, supply the pole for them and fit them - it must be something that somebody does all the time so it can't be difficult if its your regular line of work.
Any recomendations ?
