I will soon be moving to Dolores, I see the roads are being dug up where I am moving to - Calle Madrid.
Is fibro optic Internet being put into this street.

As you are aware, fibre-optic is not yet available everywhere. Mistrust any of the numerous resellers, the all have an uncertain future. Movistar and Vodafone are the dominant stags. Consider 5G wireless as an intersting alternative. Talk to Moller Clima/Sat in Torrevieja next to Iceland explaining your needs.
