What is IPG trying to do?

Are they looking to take over all the bars, restaurants, and apartments in Villamartin.?

Every deal they do looks too good to be true.

As soon as I get over, I am going to join their membership scheme, what they offer for do little money sounds fantastic but I wonder if there is not a catch somewhere.

If it sounds too good, it probably is. I heard the free airport transfers are available only if you rent one of the IPG properties. There is probably a minimum spend in bars and restaurants before the discount kicks in.

From a personal perspective I am not happy that the IPG seems to be taking over the plaza as it takes away our choice and when there is no competition things tend to get "dumbed" down.

The bars are not going to get the same amount of trade, now that the music has gone from the centre. As soon as a bar closes , the IPG will buy it and it won’t be long before it’s the zirish Village he’s aiming for.

Lots of people boycotting his bars because of what he’s done with the Chikdrens playground, he’s upset a lot of people.

He typically buys a bar, runs it for a week and then closes it down for 12 months whilst supposedly refurbishing. There’s got to be at least 10 of his bars scattered across the area, that are basically empty shells.

He’s looking for world domination! Well Villamartin and surrounding areas.

Well he must have a very large pot of money because I can’t see any of the businesses being very profitable, in the short term.

His leprechauns do a grand job of polishing that pot of gold for him!

It’s an unusual business model. They bought a share in Ryans Bar La Fuente this time last year and I don’t think we have ever seen it open.

I have owned a property in Villamartin for the very 5 years now. Our favourite place to go was The Plaza because of the entertainment. If the IPG are “taking over”......um sorry, but we will be going further afield for our meals, drinks.....which is so sad for the bars and restaurant that are not a part of the IPG 👎

Too late The IPG have already taken over.
They’ve banned everyone from commenting on their Facebook page so there’s no longer the right to complain. He obviously didn’t like peoples reaction to his taking over of the childrens  play centre

There’s certainly no central entertainment this year and he’s taken over another couple of bars since that announcement
