Looking for some advice as to which internet provider is the best to use
Currently having major problems getting the t.v to work without constantly stopping and starting

A bit of a futile quest unfortunately.
There is no more a 'best' Internet provider than there is a best car/TV/fridge/washing machine or just about anything you can think of and one person's glowing recommendation can easily be the next person's vehement condemnation!
Multiple factors can contribute to poor Internet performance but without establishing exactly what your actual problem simply switching provider is as likely to leave you worse of as better.
