NATURGY GAS COMPANY HOW TO SEND THEM THE ACTUAL READINGS??
The last 2 gas bills we received were literally 4 times the gas we used when we were in our holiday home at Christmas. Having initiated the whole 'reclamacion' on their website (with the help of Google translate), it seems that they insist on having the ACTUAL reading... As we don't live there permanently, a neighbour kindly took a photo of our gas counter and sent it to me.
For anyone else who has gas bills:
1. How do you manage to actually post the information on their website: I've spent the last week getting error messages that the photo was too big (not more than 256mb and it was 445kb), times out with the 'captcha' thing et.
2. Their YoLeoGas app isn't compatible with my mobile phone.
3. Their telephone number where you can call in the reading, is only in Spanish and whilst I can vaguely get an understanding of what they are saying very quickly, it's not that obvious to me how you put in the NIE, meter reading etc.
I've had numerous email exchanges with the company - who keep pointing me to the same 3 options -- and I keep responding with all the problems with all 3 options and one week later I'm none the wiser!
When I naively thought I'd actually managed to upload the number - it was rejected because seemingly that number is lower than the 'bill'!!
Would be grateful if anyone can advise as it is driving me literally crazy!
