Anybody recognise this pigeon. Sat in my garden. 2 ring on legs. Very distinctive

That's a racing / competion pigeon , if it does not leave , contact the police .
It is painted in its owner colours , just hope its not a female as you might have around 50 other birds decending on you property closely followed by hordes of owners and hangers on trying desperately try to find which bird screwed it first ………!!
