We are in Aigues and have fibre optic broadband. We have an HP Laptop and a HP Printer and can't set the printer up. We just get a message printer offline both on usb and wireless. It worked in the UK. Can anyone help us or recommend a company who are able to help us.

I'm guessing, but do you know if the laptop communicates direct to the printer, or via the router?
I'd be tempted to uninstall the printer from the laptop and start afresh.
