Hi all. We are a family of 4 and we all have mobiles with 3 network and three of us are able to use the service fine but my granddaughter cannot. It says she has no data and no service. We have done all the usual stuff to ensure roaming is on etc but are at a loss what to do. Any advice will be so welcome . At 17 life is just not worth living without her phone.🙄😂
Something to aware of is that 3 have a "fair use" policy. If they consider that you are using the service more abroad than in the UK they will suspend service. This has happened to me.

Bernie. What your post does not indicate is whether the phone did work and is suddenly now not working?
In addition to the helpful advice offered by RayD and Relyat, have you checked to see if Data Roaming is on? This actually should not make any difference to calls but will affect data of course. (Not meant to be patronising!)

Thank you for your replies. Last night Izzy transferred some of my data to her phone and she then able to use her phone. So it seems like she has used up her data and used some of mine. I will phone 3 and sort it out this morning.cx

Good morning everyone . I have just phoned 3 mobile and they have activated Izzy’s phone. So it’s all up and running now. Strange that it wasn’t automatic but she’s a happy teenager. Thank you all for your quick replies. It is much appreciated.
