We live just outside El Campello in Cala Piteris. Today's news is that the area is still in Phase 0 on Monday, unlike further North. Does anyone know if it is OK for 2 people to travel up to Altea on Tuesday, which will then be in Phase 1?

Thanks for that. So disappointing that we are classed as part of Alicante City zone. Oh well, next week maybe for a drive up the coast. Alex

Hi. We actually come under San Juan D'Alicant not Alicante City. Apparrently its based on number of beds in hospital and there was supposedly a rise in cases last week in the area.

Yes, I now see that distinction. Having visited St Juan D'Alicante hospital twice recently it looked to be very quiet. Not the usual parking difficulties either, so surprised it's a capacity issue. Alex.

Can I ask where you have seen that. Mutxamel also comes under San Juan D'Alicante Medical area which is staying in Phase 0. My profile says El Campello but I actually come under Mutxamel.

I've just checked on Mutxamel Ayuntamiento and Mutxamel stays in Phase 0. Post by Policia Local
