Hi friends, I have been dealing with Amazon.es for several years without a problem. However, I bought, what was supposed to be adult chair cushions when they actually turned out to be child's seat covers, possibly for car seats, with bunny rabbit ears. The two covers cost €40 plus delivery. I find out that the seller is Chinese from America. I was given a postal address in Madrid to return the covers, but there was no such address and was eventually returned to me via Correos. The seller does not want to refund me and has asked me to send to their manufacturers in China. I really  do not want to pay for a third delivery and I have no idea how to get Amazon directly. A phone number in Spain may not work for me as I get by with the language but cannot freely converse. Does anyone have an email address where I can now get Amazon back involved. I hate being ripped off. But about to give up.

If you log into amazon then on your account page you will see "My Orders" if you go into my orders you can click on your order to explain the problem. There is an option to return your order.....

Further down the page is a "Contact Us" which gives several ways to contact then to deal with the problem.

Hello

I have just resolved a non delivered Xmas gift to the UK with Amazon.es.

I  found Customer services/Contat Us online and opted for someone to call me rather than the virtual assistant.   No option for a call in English so, when they called, which was immediate I asked for an English speaker & explained my problem.

Ive had to do this twice as the situation couldnt be resolved & eventually  I had a refund into my bank account. last Friday. Both times the  person who called was polite, apologetic and helpful.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Amazon.es have an English speaking help line.

In your account go to the main menu (3 bars top left), choose 'Customer Service', click on the item you wish to query, then on the screen which pops up bottom right is the option to be contacted in English.

Thank you so much everyone who responded to my Amazon problem.

I have now spoken to them and they were easy to deal with.  A full refund has been given.

Pauline.
