Hi there, I use Next direct a lot and tried on numerous occasions in October to set up a Spanish account... phone calls etc... and then they told me that they had problems with the Spanish website... I've just tried again to set up an account to no avail.  Has anyone managed to do this? I was hoping to order stuff online and have it delivered whilst we're in Spain for 2 weeks over the holidays...thanks for any help!

I think you need to specify exactly what your problem is. Out of interest I just tried it, and it took only a minute to set up an account.

Thanks I already tried in October when I was in Spain...was on the phone with them and they said there was a problem with setting up accounts then... will try and perhaps set up a different account (not actually using the same one I use in France, so 'logically' shouldn't have been a problem)!

thanks will try again!

Just a question  - did you use the same email account? As I was told by whoever I spoke to (quite a few times in October) that you can't use the same email account (ie. email account for Next France the same as Next Spain)...just wondering.... as for the life of me I can't figure this one out!! thanks

Thanks for your help.  I think I may have tried in desperation to set up an account to get presents for inlaws in Netherlands so that gmail account must be 'locked' to Netherlands. Just set up a new account...and it finally worked... what's weird is that no-one at next suggested this in October...could have bought all the stuff then!!

Do they deliver next day? As here in France it's normally 48 hours by DHL? So just wondering in trying to 'manage' when best to order and get it delivered! thanks for your help!

You should be able to track SEUR. I've bought stuff (not from Next) which started off with DHL and swapped over to SEUR, and the supplier furnished me with the tracking number. Because we live out in the sticks, it's useful if delivery is via SEUR or MRW, as I can divert a delivery to their office in Almoradí - saves me having to wait for a call from the courier and then going to meet them.

Thanks I think I'd ordered something else from Belgium in October and it was SEUR.... they couldn't find the house.... (it's part of an urbanisation...)..... products were damaged and new order had to be re-sent.....so we'll see!!thanks!

Thanks I think I had received the SEUR tracking number...and was indeed tracking it...and STAYING IN....only to find out that they'd updated the info to say that a) they couldn't find the place....which turned out to be incorrect as they'd damaged the package.... at least that's what the company who I ordered from told me.... I agree there's nothing worse than sitting in all day waiting...and nothing arrives!! If it's SEUR I'll see if I can find somewhere where I can pick it up in El Campello... There's the same system in France... very practical.... and avoids being stuck in the house all day!!

Gosh I know the feeling.... there's NOTHING quite like making you feel like a caged animal!!  I better do the research before I order things from Next Spain!!
