I live not far from the tram station and have many ex pats spread out across campello, although a busy Spanish destination you will find plenty of different nationalities.
I previously lived on an almost 100% expat urb, but didn't enjoy it I wanted Spanish life so I find El Campello great

English here in many clubs, charities and associations if you want them. But, we prefer the Spain that we came here for. It's simply up to you. All catered for.

I live just outside el campello. Between El Campello and Mutxamel. There are some areas which are mostly ex pat (living) other than that, El Campello town is not very English. Many shops dont speak any English (or say they dont). If you want totally English then Campello not really for you. If you want to mingle with lots of different nationalities (mainly Spanish) Campello a great place.

Why not look at renting for a while to check out the area. We have had a property here for 15 years. Moved out permanently recently. Busot, coveta fuma and venta lanuza all on the outskirts of campello.

Hi Nonie. I agree. El campello is a beautiful place., which is why we bought here after checking areas all along the costa blanca. Just depends how much of an ex pat community they are looking for.
