Have not accepted nor deleted cookies. Nothing has changed on my ipad except for this Forum

I don't have to ! I can go straight in. Nothing has changed for me.

Can you re-login without a Password challenge from another PC or another Tablet/Phone after accepting Cookies and after a first/initial login ?
If so it's a problem with the Browser on your iPad. You could try clearing History and starting from scratch again
