Hi All
We are thinking of buying a property in the Denia area.
Can anyone give me an idea of local property tax costs per annum? (I'm guessing like council tax). Say for a 3 bed detached house.
Is there any discount or premium for holiday homes or is everyone charged the same?
Trying to work out the annual cost of ownership so any hints on power bills too woudl be very much appreciated.
