Hi - looking for some beginners Pilates instructoring/classes.
Any suggestions please- trying to learn Spanish but not great so hoping for a little English or at least not too fast language wise.

They teach Pilates at Ozone Sports Club off of 332 which is close to El Campello. They have a beginner class once a week and then more advanced classes as you progress.

H, you can book Pilates classs at the El Campello sports centre. They had them three times a week. Cost 120 euros per year, runs from October to June. Either choose three morning sessions or three evening ones. See the lady in the office down the steps by the Wednesday fruit market. Office open mon and fri 10-1 I think then tues and Thursday 5-7.30. You have to fill a form out there, then take it to the bank to pay for the course, then return the slip to,the office. Not sure about the English speaking but I do toning there and don’t speak much Spanish. Otherwise there is a lady that does classes on the beach and in the park, multi lingual, you can find her on Facebook, look under El Campello on there you will see her ads. Good luck,

I will go along to the sports centre next week and check out the classes. Am now involved in Gimnasiam Canto, which is great and the instructor works hard to help me understand, but would be interested in what they offer over the winter.
