It will depend on your age and if you have private healthcare or state. If private, you will need to get a temporary sip. Your centro salad will inform you when you are due the booster. Did you have your first 2 here in Spain or in the UK

I've got my first two in germany as I've been there when it has been time.

But if I understand you correctly, I can just meet up at the local 'center salud' and they will provide me either the needle or a trigger when it's time for me, right?

No. I think the age group is either 70's or 80's here for the booster. The Centro Salud will send you a text when you are called for the booster. That is as long as you are registered with a SIP number.
