Which Private Health Insurance Company ?

Hi everyone, a little help please.
Having spent many holidays in our duplex in Almadraba, El Campello we have taken the plunge and sold our property in the U.K. to live in Spain. We should be arriving within the next 3 weeks but cannot decide which is the best way to go regarding health insurance. My wife had breast cancer but now is fit and well. I have been shocked at the on line quotes so far for private health care.
Maybe convenio especial at 60 Euros/month each is the best solution until we each reach our 65th birthdays next year.
Anyone's advice to us would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
