I changed to Liberty Seguras 2 years ago. Had too many problems with Sabadell after some storm damage, Liberty help me solve the problem, so I immediately change to them. Fantastic service.

Hi Tom, we use Liberty through Gran Alicant insurance. We have buildings and contents with them, we found Linea Directa cheaper for the car. Alfonso at Gran Alicant insurance is very good, hope this helps

We also have household and vehicle through Liberty via an agency. Had to make a couple of small claims - one vehicle one house - last year. Dealt with efficiently and fast, o quibbles, no problems. They rang me to discuss the vehicle claim but made no objections at all.

I am using Liberty. Had an accident the other driver at fault and witnesses corroborated this. Liberty insisted I used their garage, the courtesy car is a banger! I have house and car with them I will not renew. Staff are nice as is Miguel but my experience since the accident has not been good. I await the outcome of the repair......

As they should, except you should get the hire car from the outset. You have been involved in an accident through no fault of your own and your insurance company is Nicole and dime with you even where the expense is with another company. Whilst I am here and on the subject of insurance, 3 years in a row, the premium goes up, even though the car is a year older and you have another years no claims discount. As in the U.K. you should always look to obtain the best quote on an annual basis, for loyalty you are rewarded with a higher premium.
