Any advice or recommendations on a quiet location/ village, generally close to Alicante, to purchase a static type home or alternatively a 2 bedroom minimum town house type dwelling . Smallish budget, not after anything fancy and willing to do up, as it were. Regular Tram or bus service links essential.

Cheers in advance

Ant

Yes were on that, but looking for perhaps some independent recommendation regarding quiet locations to locate and buy a small place as a bolt hole reasonably close to Alicante.

Sound idylic, I have to get some of that. How do you find the costs for site fees etc. Are you permanent over there.

Cheers..enjoy

Having now decided that Alicanta, possibly El Campello area is for us, rather than Malaga region, any advice? . Colmar seems nice for static home type of living. Any other advice both static and village town house suggestions welcome.

Thanks in Advance

Hi. Colmar site not that far from where we live.  Nice people on site, a good few all year round.  It's around 3k+ € Ground Rent.  Heard of units going for 20k€.  Good to know your rough budget for a small house?
