Conforama - anyone any experience with their after sales service?

Hi there, I ordered a cheap glass table for our kitchen 2 weeks ago, paid for delivery/assembly and still waiting to hear from them!! I know it's the season of fiestas etc....but... I've already sent 3 emails asking for clarification and nothing... Has anyone had similar experiences with Conforama or am I just 'unlucky'? Admittedly living in France I prefer Castorama...but they are not here in Spain!! Any advice welcome!

Not sure what you mean, they are not here in Spain.

They have a shop in La Zenia

I have purchased from Conforama many times and receive an excellent service, when buying and after. I am sorry you have had this experience. Something has gone wrong with your order but why you have had no answer from your emails, I am surprised. If you are in Spain then a visit to the store would resolve the issue but if not then make a complaint.

Thanks I did in fact complain and ir was only the fact that I mentioned I was going back to Paris that I got an immediate reaction - I had planned on also complaining to their French HQ. Somehow that seemed to trigger a swift response - reduced cost of assembly etc.

Hi! I’m new to this forum. Does anyone have an email address for Conforama in St Juan please? I placed an order with them last week that I need to amend but I’m back in the Uk and can’t find contact details. Very grateful for any help.

Hi there,

Just look at the order I put through a few years ago and the confirmation email was [email protected]

On the website it looks like they have a 'chat' function too...if that helps!
