Hi all, I'm a new member and this is my first post on the forum.
We're having some work done internally and externally soon to our recently purchased villa - new bathrooms, new kitchen, boundary wall being raised in height, retiling pool terrace, etc. I want to find out what requires a licence and how to get one.
Any advice for a newbie??

If it is the one I am thinking of it is near Villamartin but could be either Orihuela Costa or San Miguel.
