Hi
Can anyone recommend a cleaner for my 2 bedroom townhouse in El Galan? I don’t rent my property so it would be cleaning after family and friends stay a few times per year. It would involve the usual cleaning floors, laundry of sheets and towels, preparing beds etc.
I am heading home to the UK on Sunday so would love to have someone in place by then.

Hello Gail, there are some companies advertising on the forum and Nicola of Fincas Inland always gets good reviews.
Be very careful of "cheap", unregistered and illegal cleaners offering to work off the books as they will not have any insurance and your own insurance may be reluctant to pay up if anything goes wrong.
It has been known for these people to rent your property out themselves as they know when you will be absent and/or dream up essential repairs and, very helpfully, they will know someone who can fix it, again avoiding IVA. It's not worth the risk.
