Hi I’ve recently moved into new apartment in El Raso oasis beach xii.
The apartment has fibre pre installed to a locker behind front door which feeds cat 6 to living room and both bedrooms. In addition tv Ariel and sat dish cabling from roof pre installed to sockets in living and bedroom.   What is recommended as The best solution to get U.K. channels alongside Spanish channels as I intend learning Spanish.

Hi,

Although not a direct answer to your connectivity or provider question as we use a sat dish for the TV as opposed to IPTV, what we have noted is that watching Spanish TV, good and plentiful as it is, may not be the best way to learn the language*. Duolingo is really good and advanced our ability significantly. The Town Halls often do classes btw.

As you have a sat dish connection, take a look at top-boxes such as the Technomate range. May still need some tuning but they have a Linux based operating system so very capable.

* there are exceptions - cartoons (and Pepper the Pig in Spanish was a fun event when we first moved in) and footballers (no rapid fire commentary) lol

Best wishes in your journey.
