Hi everyone, I urgently need help to declare a fomula 030 to the tax office Elche either on line or in person.I am changing the number plates on my car and the tax office told me to do a formula 030.I have tried to do it myself with google translate and searching for english translation online and i can not make sense of it.Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
