Hi guys

Please share.

Have you ever found out about stolen something in the car without causing damage and the car remains locked when you return.

please share. Because i very confused.

We go with our suplier, he drove us around elche, when we have a lunch, the car is locked. Is it true if the car in elche never have a camera / some kind like blackbox to record everything in the car?

thanks for your kind attention, appreciate who give attention to my post. 🙏

Hi,

It all sounds very strange?

Apart from some taxis I do nt think any cars have cameras within them or blackboxs for recording etc not even top of the range cars?

It sounds like to me one or two things has happened?

1) you may have lost whatever prior to getting in the car or whilst getting in/ out?

2) your supplier? Who or what is he? Drug supplier? Furniture supplier? How well do you know them?

3) if the car had been broken into and items stolen then most thief’s wouldn’t have locked them back up .

I would definitely run this past your local police if you had expensive items stolen,

Good luck with solving the mystery.

There are various previous posts about this. I go with your option 2.
The supplier had been driving them around during their business trip. The supplier had collected them from their previous hotel, complete with all their luggage, and on the way to the next hotel took them "somewhere". Whilst there, the supplier's friend arrived out of the blue and then had to suddenly go again. 10 minutes later, when they left this place the car was where it was left, with no damage, but everything gone. The supplier then takes them to the police station to report the loss.
I have no idea if the OP speaks Spanish but if they don't, and as the supplier did all the talking, who knows what he told the police?
The supplier had the car keys, the supplier knew everything was in the car, the supplier took them to this "somewhere" and the supplier's friend turns up and disappears at the same time as the car is emptied. Go figure.

Hi mate..

I am very happy that there are people who want to discuss this mystery with me..

I would like to answer the number 2
This supplier last year is working at one company, now he is resign and open owns company with his friend. And we only know him for that old company. And when we come to elche we try to contact him, because only him in the elche that can speak english.

Its just strange in the middle of conversation that we talk about business, then his friend ask to leave. When he say its safe in elche. Even i put my luggage in the car. All people in elche all have jobs. And we trust what all he say about the beautifull elche. And now we are very regret. because we just let our guard down.

Number 3. Yes We checked but its like nothing broken with the car.. and i also tell the police but with google translate what im thinking, because of the police cant speak english. My supplier help me to make report. I also email to the police station but never get any reply.

Actually the day before, He told us to put in his office.

But in the morning when he picked us, he ask. You want to put in my office / just in the car. And i ask, is it safe to put in the car? He said yes! Of course. Elche is very safe. Thats why we put it in the car. last year we also do business trip with another supplier, from salou to cordoba, and nothing happen.

Actually his partner have his own car, and parked just opposite our car. like a small road right and left, we parked right, his partner on the left. And when the night he come to their office, i saw the The middle car's seat is down.

Yeah, the police cannot speak english, he told me to said it to my suplier, but sometimes i try to use google transalate to speak to police, because we cant just let him make statement. I just confused with the police, looks like he doubt and blank view when i told him. But he didnt do anything.

actually we sat very close to the parking lot. just across the street. Confined only by glass, but that day curtains was closed because the sun is quite hot. I think if we press the remote from the chair, i think the door can open. Because sometimes when i get in to my house, i push the remote from my house to locked my car.

I have found Elche to be very racist - they will not speak any language but Spanish even when they can - when they attempt to attract tourists they only want Spanish speaking tourists - do not buy property in Elche you will always be seen as the enemy - the police will turn a blind eye to any crime against a foreigner as long as there is no crime against the Spanish locals.

Somewhat generalistic?

But have you tired speaking Spanish to them,? Most Spanish people - and I include ‘officialdom - will be very pleased and helpful if you make an attempt, however broken, to speak to them using some Spanish. After all, it’s only basic courtesy, this is Spain and there isn’t really any reason that the have to speak anything else?
