Hello everybody

Does anyone have any advice about the legal requirements to renting a commercial property in Spain please ?

I am a U.K resident with an Irish and New Zealand passport.

So far I have my Spanish N.I.E number and a Spanish bank account.

Do I just need to sort out my health insurance for Spain now or are there some more requirements needed?

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Paul

Hello

Why not contact the agent/advertiser of the property you are looking at and ask them what is required for rental purposes.

Cheers
