Where can I obtain a PCR test?

Matt and I are progressing with our purchase of a property in Petrer; we have a sale agreed at present and our abogado is progressing with the legal side of things. We are thankful to the forum as, it is where we found the abogado, through recommendations from other forum members, thank you again.
We will shortly travel from the Republic of Ireland (Irish citizens) to Alicante to meet with our abogado and a bank representative to progress some of the legal issues that require us to be there in person. We have completed the legal requirements' to travel from Ireland (Dublin) to Alicante but now we need to book return PCR tests from Alicante to Dublin...we need to book these PCR tests before departing Alicante in order to present to the authorities' in Dublin when we land...does anyone know where in the greater Elda/Petrer or Alicante city area can pre-book these tests?
