Hello,

For anyone who pays their electricity bill online and I am referring to Iberdrola/Curenergia in this instance, it would appear that they have changed the way you do it.

I choose not to get a paper bill and have always gone to the "Customer Area" at https://www.curenergia.es/en/home

Whilst this still appears to be active and works perfectly well as it always has done, when you click on the link "My Bills" it appears to have stopped listing them beyond September (in my case).

However, after a bit of googling around, it seems like Iberdrola/Curenergia have moved them all to a new place allowing you to view an pay all bills past and present   https://www.curenergia.es/en/procedures/billing/card-payments   just enter your personal info as you would have done before.

If during the process you are are asked to enter your contract number you'll find it on the front of your bill.

I'm sure there's other ways of paying but I used this method the other day to pay my October bill and it all seemed straightforward enough.

Regards

Gary

I just pay via a DD with my Wise account and it's by far the easiest solution for me.

Why you want to pay manually each month, I don't know, but I'm sure you have your reasons.

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

Fair enough.

I do find that odd though. I must have been using DDs for at least 30 years and have never had a problem. You must have just been unlucky.
