Hi

I have had a minor dust allergy for years now which results in a blocked up nose a couple of times a week, (nothing more serious than that)

Does anyone know of or could recommend a nasal decongestant spray?

When I lived in the UK, I just used to get them from Asda or Tesco and they worked just fine.

Thanks in advance

Gary

I had similar and use the Vicks nasal inhaler.

I get it fro the Farmacia,  in Spanish it's

"InhalVicks barra nasal"

I use Otrivine.  Not sure if they sell it in the chemists here but they do equivalents.  Just pop into your local Farmacia and ask.
