New dog owner rules

Hi,I've heard there are going to be new rules for dog owners,carry water,DNA Tests? When will this start and where do you go for the DNA tests? Thanks

Not heard any updates about DNA tests, if or when they come into force I assume it will be done via our vets, although I still have my doubts about how well this initiative will work, responsible dog owners will get the tests, but as usual those less responsible owners won't, then who is going to police it? I think the police have better things to concern themselves with than checking if dogs have had a DNA test.

Water should be carried to use when our dogs have done what they need to do as a courtesy to other residents, but looking at the state of some pavements this falls on deaf ears.

DNA from dogs has already been started, you can go next to Formentera county hall, if you stand for countyhall between the church and the countyhall there is a little yard, at the sight of countyhall you see a garage door open at Tuesday and Thursday between 10:00 am and 13:00 pm , where 2 co-workers of Benican from Benijofar ar sitting to take the DNA of your dog. Thought this could me done till 31th of July. See the Censo canino publication at Ayuntamiento Formentera del Segura on Facebook and at countyhall it self. Till July 31th it is free of costs for the owner.
