Just wondering who is worse..squatters or the council that destroyed and left more mess than the original squatters.. got a feeling that this is the new look to the lane that leads to my home...and they deny improvements cos its rustic land and not allowed but ok for the council to leave this !

There's little or nothing you can do. Explaining all the legal stuff would be too extensive.

Yes I know I'm flogging a dead horse but feel it's unfair..its next to my home that I've spent a fortune on this last three + years..they spend money on beautifying roundabouts but create ruins ...beggers belief !

Maybe you should contact the Spanish ombudsman, otherwise known as the 'Defender of the People', in Spanish of course.

His role is to investigate malpractise by local government and look into grievances of members of the public. Wouldn't cost you anything.
