Hi, we are due to visit our apartment in Formentera in August. It has pre installed air con already. What can i expect to pay to get it fitted in a 2 bed apartment? Thanks in advance.

I would love to find out the same information as we recently bought in Brisas Del Mar, Formentera and it seems to be prepared for installation.
It depends on the units you select.
Our house had pre installation and we went for LG Inverter units (for heating and cooling) and for four units supplied and fitted we paid €3500. These were not the cheapest option but we thought it was a fair price.

Up here was quoted 2.200 for 2 rooms based on the pre installation system

Certainly not a cheap thing to do but we’ll probably just do living room and two bedrooms, so hopefully less....

Thank you very much for replying. I was hoping it would be cheaper if pre-installed but we’ll just have to do it anyway 😁
