Hi all,
Would anyone be able to recommend suppliers of party balloons please? I need a number of weighted, floor-standing, helium balloons for a 21st birthday party. We used to use "Party World" in the UK, but I can't think of anywhere I've seen in Spain that do this sort of thing.
