Hi guys we'll be traveling from Bilbao to Alicante this year fingers crossed. We could drive around 4 hours and then stop for as overnight stay. Has anyone any ideas on pet friendly hotels where we can all stay overnight? ( 5 cats and 1 dog two adults). Would really appreciate any help please!

The pet friendly hotel we sometimes stay at is Hotel Flor Del La Mancha which is in La Roda. It is about a 5-6 hour drive from Bilbao. Their phone number is +34 967440900. We book through www.Booking.com and last year for a double room and our dog it cost €54 for the night. Not sure if they would allow that many pets though! Just type pet friendly hotels in bookings.com search bar having first checked your route, or alternatively try www.viamichelin.com and they show hotels and other info for the route you choose. Hope this helps

Booking.com and you can get a choice with prices and amenities . When I am tired driving I stop and look up Hotels near my location , normally you will find a hotel within 15 minutes from your stop . It gives you all the filters is: pet friendly , carpark etc . Good luck
