Can anyone recommend an English speaking Spanish lawyer, who deals with property?

I am having a dispute with my sister over a property in Formentera del Segura that we bought jointly 10 years ago, basically she paid the deposit and I've paid mortgage payments, bills, suma, community charges & maintenance for 10 years, I've asked her to start helping with day to day costs and she flatly refuses do do so, saying she has done her bit!! She expects me to pay the mortgage and bills for the next 20 years (mortgage term)...
I need to know where i stand legally to either get her off the mortgage, or to walk away completely....
