Hello, I'm hoping someone can help. We installed VegaFibra switch on switch off when we were last in Formentera. I want to get in touch with them to switch on when we come back out this month. I cant find how to do it on line and cant find how to change the language to English to read the web page. If anyone can help me with a Noddy guideI'd be very grateful.

I just email my local office give them my address and dates I require service and they send me a link to pay and it’s all done my local office is

I used this last week. They spoke english too.
This is the one I use too.
I think it helps if you can quote your user ID, but I don't think it's massively important.
You'll possibly end up chatting with Noelia. She's quite friendly and will sort you out.

It seems no one has addressed the languge side of things.
I get English on my admin page, but it's Spanish only if you want to add a new booking.
That said, it's rudimentary Spanish and it's quite easy to add the answers they ask.
Otherwise, just write in English in the box and you should be fine.

Hello again folks. Thanks for the link I've registered but to fill in the activation form it's asking for ZONE, Formentera Del Segura is not showing. Can anyone help please.
