Hi all

We complete on our purchase tomorrow and are over on 20th Jan to set up new apartment.

Initially seeking contacts and numbers etc for reasonably priced one off payment basis TV with a few English channels.

Just using for regular breaks for a couple of years so don't want monthly payment schemes etc.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Your estate agent will be able to give you a list of suppliers.

I used a place at Quesada on the front. In the units on the road you see as you drive in.  Near Cycalogical.  I got a dish and decoder installed.  It was a one off payment of around 300 euros and it gets ALL Uk free to air programmes, freview the lot, HD stuff and all the regional TV so I can watch the local news from home when here.  Its brilliant and no more to pay ever.  The company were brilliant.  I highly recommend them..

Enjoy Formentera.  I would also recommend Montgomerys bar (Formentera) for a drink where you will find English locals with loads of good advice and english TV / Football.

Just found it in paper... Go Satellite.  You take the left hand before the arches at Quesada and its along that row on the left.

The paper is showing 349 euros now against a usual price of 399.  Its a 1.4M Dish...  Do you have somewhere for it?

So its around £313... still worth it... wouldnt be without mine...  You can see the set up in their office/shop.

Great thanks Mike

Re somewhere to put it.... Will have to speak to the community manager I guess?

There's a large communal roof terrace space so I'm guessing there shouldn't be too much of a problem,?! Although this a completely new venture so no idea yet as to procedures etc....

Have the week from20/1 to try and get the basics set up.

This might sound very stupid but does that price actually include a TV screen or will we need to source that separately ?

Thanks so much for your help and advice and apologies for being so needy! 😳😊
