Hi all,

Please see below the list of Spain's Red Days for 2021.  There are 8 national public holidays across the whole of Spain, and a further 5 replaceable and regional holidays.  For convenience, I've compiled all dates into one chronological list:

January 1st: New Year’s Day (Friday) *

January 6th: Epiphany/Three Kings (Wednesday) **

March 19th: Day of San Jose (Friday) **

April 2nd: Good Friday *

April 5th: Easter Monday ***

May 1st: Workers' Day (Saturday) *

June 24th: Day of San Juan (Thursday) ***

October 9th: Comunidad Valenciana Day (Saturday) ***

October 12th:  Spanish National Day, (Tuesday) *

November 1st: All Saints' Day (Monday) *

December 6th: Constitution Day (Monday) *

December 8th: Immaculate Conception (Wednesday) *

December 25th: Christmas Day (Saturday) *

Key:

- Non-replaceable National Holiday (*)

- National Holiday for which the power of substitution has not been exercised (**)

- C.Valenciana regional holiday (***)

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Denise,

This is an extract from the official Boletin; I'll see if I can find out why they haven't included it and update as necessary.

UPDATE:  The 3 types of holiday, as described in the key above, are listed separately in the BOE for each autonomous region, but I've now listed chronologically all those that apply.

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Angela,

It is now 😉

Surprisingly, Three Kings isn't one of the 8 national holidays, so it's in a different category, which is why I updated my original post to put them in one chronological list, irrespective of the different types.

Best wishes,

Kim

Hi Tony,

Sorry if I'm missing something, but if you read the previous posts in this thread, I believe this has already been resolved, as per my response to Angela 🤔

Kind regards,

Kim
