Hi all I own a property in formentera del segura and I am looking for an exchange to a different area formentera is to quiet for me the village has a population of about 4500 people and is very Spanish but has a high mix of foreign owners .my property is a modern 2 bed apartment property with a pool the community is very strong and the building is very highly maintained I am Willing to consider an exchange anywhere on the Costa blanca my property is worth around €50,000
