I have a beautiful 2 bed apartment for sale in naranja mar apartments, Formentera del segura. We have now purchased a villa in Quesada and would like the apartment to go to a good home.

No debts, really cheap to run. Suma €145 per year.

We have had the apartment from new which is now 11 years. It is in a block of 4 apartments 2 up and 2 down. We are on the second floor overlooking the pool.

If anyone is interested I can send photos. Sold fully furnished.

€60,000.

Hi Shirley,

Your apartment looks very nice can you advise size in sq mtrs? We are not familiar with the area so could you confirm how far away walking distance to the amenities.

On the paperwork it says 75sqm but I am not sure if that is the entire flat, sorry.

It is a 2 bedroom with good size bedrooms. Bathroom in between.

Formentera del segura is a small Spanish town and we love the area. It is walkable to restaurants and bars and is within a short distance from the supermarket.

It is within a gated community and is very secure. I go there on my own sometimes and have never felt uncomfortable.

We are out there in September so if you want to look at it you can contact me and I will be glad to show you around.

As I said, we are only selling because we have bought a villa in Quesada, otherwise we would be keeping it.
