Hi , I'm looking to buy a property in Formentera del Segura as a holiday home , so looking for a reputable lawyer , can anyone recommend one this would be much appreciated, thanky

We used Abacos they are based in Torevijeca they are very reliable,will sort out the notary for you as well. We bought eleven years ago and have retained them ever since to sort out our non resident tax etc. They also send us monthly news letters with any up to date relevant information and have done our Spanish Wills. They are just up from the fountain by the underground carpark at the port in Torre so easy to find. Stand by the mosaic fountain back to the sea and it is the street on the right. Office on upper floors of building on right hand side about three to five minutes up the street. Good luck with your purchase.

They were excellent with us and after purchasing we found several others from Formentera who had used them too. Plus they spoke excellent English which really helps.
