Good afternoon, can anyone please recommend a local English speaking plumber. I am insuranced with Sabadell bank (holiday home package ) and they cannot establish the exact origin of the leak and requesting an expert report outlining the cause before confirming policy coverage.

We had an excellent chap called Dave Farr but is now, unfortunately for us, retired. He has, however, recommended this chap

When we had a leak our insurance sent a plumber it didnt work so they allowed our own to speak with their assessor and we had the job completed to a very high standard.
We even had a fitted wardrobe removed, the damp which had penetrated behind fixed, new door architraves plus new shower base, they repaired to damage to the apartment underneath too. He had plumbers, carpenters and then decorators who completed. We were insured by Liberty Segurous at the time not a bank, but hopefully you will gave the same good service from Sabadell.
