Hi all, Do you need to submit a modelo 210 every year for non-resident with no rental income? Is this straightforward to fill out ? I already got charged for IBI , SUMA in 2020.

Yes you do, it has to be submitted by the 31st December each year, if you search the forum for Non Resident Tax there’s plenty of information on how to prepare your own.

Hi dsavasta,
You'll be charged IBI, collected by Suma, every year, as IBI is Spain's equivalent of Council Tax.
Similarly, you have to pay non-resident property tax every year - annually if you have no rental income, or quarterly if you do.
If you don't want to submit your own Modelo 210, you could ask one of the company's often recommended by members on here:

I can highly recommend Angar Taxation Services too, based in Torrevieja but everything is done by email and for €20 per owner including paying it on your behalf. I,ve used them for over 5yrs and for €40 Yr happy that I know it is done correctly. Google them for info.
